This Branch has been the best Branch I’ve been to. The Associate Bankers are always happy to help and the Manager there is phenomenal. Kori will not sleep until your issues are resolved and she does it with a smile on her face. I will never go to another Branch unless Kori is there or the staff she manages. I've been banking with Chase for 15 years now and they've never steered me wrong always friendly staff and always get my needs met
The day time people at this location besides Elijah was kinda rude, when trying to turn in change I spent over a hour messing around with there coin counter to have to undo all it and still go count it by hand and re role it then be ignored when I return and have liz tell me to move to the next closed window please when I eas being helped at that window
