I called the Chase bank on Lake Michigan Drive in downtown Grand Rapids. I had a lot of questions about opening an account as well as cashing my payroll check drawn from Chase . Want to give my Kudos to Kori Hinds. I have heard rumors of this branch, but when I was there recently, things seem to be headed in the right direction! I have no doubt that Kori is extremely smart, kind and professional, and she is making sure that the staff reflects that as well. She also takes her work very seriously. I can tell that she genuinely cares about the staff and everyone who comes into the building. Major props, keep it up!
No matter what side of town I’m on, this is my go to location! I know they are always going to have great customer service & even know me by face. Most banks the branch manager rarely shows their face but here Kori just isn’t over the team, she’s apart of her team!
I had one of the best experiences at this branch all of the staff was approachable and very helpful if someone didn't know the answer to my question they found someone who did. My issue was resolved the branch manager was patient, calm and listened to my concerns. Assisted me every step of the way.
Katie was wonderful helping me open a new account, very pleasant, explained everything completed, and looked for every opportunity to save me money. I think your experience is what you make it, come in with a pleasant attitude and things will go well. Banks are out to make money, so you have to be responsible or else they will get you with the fine print, it's just life.
