This bank is located Downtown Grand Rapids. I am so unsatisfied with the customer service at this bank. The lead teller is lazy. She did not even want to serve me always asking me why do not I just use the Atm instead. Also they are liars, including the retail personal banker is awful. They hate to do anything that involves work. I have been lied to so many times. I was told that they would have my account up and going. It never happened. I had to go into another local bank.
