Shannon and Lilly were so amazing in helping my daughter and I open a bank with my sister. Two other chase banks had turned up away within the last two days and when we turned up to this one in Westminster, they got to us right away and helped us. After an older lady was being rude and disrespectful they kept their professionalism and carried themselves well. We weren’t discriminated against and I will be speaking with both branch managers at the other two chase places about this...
