My family member had to take care of some business with a company in this building. He wasn't sure where to go, so I went into Chase bank to ask where to find the company we needed. There was on teller line open and another woman sitting at a teller slot behind a sign saying the lane was closed. Finally a third woman came out of the back. She pointed me to a directory near the elevator.

They need whole day to open 1 bank account. And that too not right account. Staff don’t have proper knowledge. Don’t surprise if they can make u stand atleast 2 hrs to open acct and than call u back for signing 1 document and again make u wait for couple hrs. Excellent professionals
Times are tough here in Lake Charles. Step up to the plate Chase!! Maybe we might see an indoor, downtown ATM machine in my lifetime! You’ve lost two physical locations…spend some of your money and rebuild!!
