This bank is a complete joke
What kind of bank doesn’t have an ATM? The banking world continues to push us mobile and to use the ATM, but this branch only has an ATM accessible during banking hours. In a world full of convenience and for a bank as large as J.P. Morgan, this is ridiculous.
Not coin friendly. I have a small business that results in the need for coin deposits. I tried to deposit a few hundred dollars worth of coins (mostly dollars) and was told I’d need to roll them myself to deposit them. So I rolled them and had a literal handful of change left over (4 pennies, 22 dimes, 13 nickels and 16 quarters to be exact). Terrible service. The teller was rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she wouldn’t even get the manager. Don’t bank with Chase do not go to this branch. If I could give this a negative star I would.
