Been with Chase for over a decade. In December the cleaned out my account to cover money they claim was due from another client. No help only lectures.
be more considerate and helpful to their clients. "we don't have a template for that situation so we can't help you!" does not cut it. make a template, step outside the template zone and do what you can to help your client! your customer service is absolutely non-existent! we are people, and we need help! we are not just a number.
Our experience in the last month has been awful. We decided that it was time to close the account but the costumer service said it wouldn’t close until our direct deposit went through. Well that was a lie they put the account as pending to be closed. Our auto deposit went missing then chase found it put it in our account. Then I was told I could go to bank to get the balance out of account then it would be officially closed . Well another mess up the manager said no we can’t do that . Our check would be mailed . This institution is a rip off and has stolen and robbed from a person (me) and i am pertty sure from others when it comes to claims that are reported. I just learned when a person files a claim that an investigation is not actually done at all. They basically has someone just looking your past spending and not actually investigating at all. If there is anyone out there that has been in this situation i would really like to hear from you and let them know that they are supposed to be protecting our accounts.
