Great customer service, nice features I have had my checking account with Washington Mutual Bank for 10 years. I enjoy the free checking and I got a great refinance rate on my mortagage as well. Whenever I go to the drive-thru or into the bank, the tellers are friendly and nice. I like the automated telephone banking system where I can call and get updates on my account.
