Went to deposit a check from my old apartment deposit refund, they would not give me any access to my money for 10 days even though my check cleared at time of the deposit!!! HORRIBLE BRANCH AT ORO VALLEY MAGEE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & DISRESPECTFUL CASHIER DO NOT BANK HERE.!!!
Very disappointed with customer service. Made a deposit and accidentally left my checkbook on the counter. Was notified by voicemail that it had been found and when I arrived the next day to pick it up I was told that it had been shredded for security reasons. What????????The case, my postage stamps, check record, and checks had all been shredded.
I don’t usually have go to the bank in person anymore.but when I do they are always fast & friendly, Also Chase bank has great phone customer service and is very professional & helpful. Great bank overall.
I’ve cashed about ten checks or more from the same company and now all of a sudden they won’t cash the check. Now all of a sudden Jesus Pacheco says he doesn’t want to over ride the system in case something is wrong with the check. I showed him the business paid me a large amount of money this year and he wants to have an attitude and say he doesn’t have to cash it. People judge people by the way they look. I work hard for my money but I guess they don’t lien to see a tattooed Mexican making more then them In a week.
Chris Kimbel is supposed to be my advisor in a fiduciary arrangement, but instead for 2 months he has been blocking me from access to my life savings and trying to transfer funds out of my account into new accounts he is setting up. The Oro Valley branch at Oracle and Magee is in on it, too. An internal investigation was done and it was determined the procedures are inadequate and I've been blocked from my account or talking with anyone that can help at the National level.
