I’m not a chase Customer. But I just called to ask a general question regarding cashing of one of their checks I was given. I got a nice AUTOMATED answer, AUTOMATED rerouting, and then a polite “We’re hanging up on you now” AUTOMATED response. I’ll let you know about Customer Service, when I actually get some Customer Service.
Horrible turned me away because they were closing in 5 minutes can not believe it.
I have been a customer with chase bank for over 20 yrs and it seems branches keep limiting the amount of services they can provide to customers. I went in there with an issue regarding transfers to my external accounts and two chase representatives were at the door as I walked in. I explained the issue, showed them the issue on my phone app ( mind you, not ONE of them offered to even take me to their work station to look at my account from their computer to identify the issue) all while standing right by the door.
