I’m not a chase Customer. But I just called to ask a general question regarding cashing of one of their checks I was given. I got a nice AUTOMATED answer, AUTOMATED rerouting, and then a polite “We’re hanging up on you now” AUTOMATED response. I’ll let you know about Customer Service, when I actually get some Customer Service.
Horrible turned me away because they were closing in 5 minutes can not believe it.
