Horrible turned me away because they were closing in 5 minutes can not believe it.
I have been a customer with chase bank for over 20 yrs and it seems branches keep limiting the amount of services they can provide to customers. I went in there with an issue regarding transfers to my external accounts and two chase representatives were at the door as I walked in. I explained the issue, showed them the issue on my phone app ( mind you, not ONE of them offered to even take me to their work station to look at my account from their computer to identify the issue) all while standing right by the door. Hello Laredo friends I would like to let everyone know whenever you come to deposit cash don’t go by drive thrue make sure you go inside and let them count in front of you. Today my husband went to deposit by drive thrue on 10/02/2023 around 12pm $6000 than a guy told him money missing $60 but that guy was helping him never since him work there before.
