This Chase Branch is awesome - super friendly- helpful and knowledgeable staff in all aspects of financial transaction - I am a happy customer - they resolved in a timely manner and explained thoroughly the process
So I noticed the poor reviews here and figured heck I'll put my experience with this location. So my wife and I have had to jump through a lot of hoops to get her account opened. Agents at this location were incredibly helpful throughout the process. This past Saturday I was at this location, I figured we finally had all our stuff together that it should be a breeze and we arrived at 1:15pm, they close at 2pm, figuring it would be fine. The bank refused to open an account for my deaf nephew so I will be making sure that formal complaint filed against this bank. They will not give him a reason why they won’t open an account for him in person or over the phone with relay service.
Great new, clean office. Staff was very respectful, personable, understanding and friendly. Adam M. was a great help.
