Not a good experience here especially having a personal and business account with Chase for 18 plus years and have financed a vehicle and paid it off also. They don’t seem to care as much as they should !

Pissed! How in the heck do I have money in my account and keep getting declined??? Well I called Chase and I was informed that a system upgrade was happening and were unable to use any debit cards or credit cards regarding Chase! IM PISSED. Why would you make this an inconvenience to your customers? I said I’m on my lunch break and can’t even get food because my card keeps declining. Can I be compensated for this inconvenience???
