I recently visited Chase Bank to open a new account, and I had a really great experience. Although I had to wait a few minutes, it was well worth it. Juan was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the entire process without making me feel rushed. Everyone I interacted with made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they value good customer service. Thanks again!
Absolutely terrible customers service. Spk to a guy name John on the phone. I advised I need a rather large check and if I can get a cashier/official check. He said there is a $10 fee for it, but rather give me about 1/2 of what I asked for in cash...what kind of a bank is this that can't give you the cash you have in the bank? Won't give me the full amount, but won't waive the official check fee either!!
Great experience, very convenient and my problem got solved.
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. This is the second time I scheduled an appointment at this branch, checked in upon arrival, and still had my time completely disregarded. The banker was aware that I had checked in and was waiting, yet continued casual conversations with another employee instead of assisting me.
