This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. This is the second time I scheduled an appointment at this branch, checked in upon arrival, and still had my time completely disregarded. The banker was aware that I had checked in and was waiting, yet continued casual conversations with another employee instead of assisting me. Ben Thieroff is everything you would want in a banker and bank manager. Welcoming, kind, very courteous, super smart and efficient, explains everything clearly, and always makes me feel like a valued customer. He has trained his staff to give outstanding service, too, so it is a pleasure to walk into this location because I know that I will be treated very well by everyone. Under Ben's leadership, this branch is extremely well-managed and with everyone having the goal of 100% client satisfaction. So glad I found this branch.
Not a good experience here especially having a personal and business account with Chase for 18 plus years and have financed a vehicle and paid it off also. They don’t seem to care as much as they should !
Jesse was so nice and did a great job. So glad I came to Chase!
