A check was deposited, it was flagged as fraudulent even though it was a legitimate check. Chase froze the account, closed the account, and refused to release the funds. The Chase Executive Office is useless and hasn't helped. I filed OCC complaints and CFPB complaints and it's been 10 days. Account reopened, but funds still not available. DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE!
Staff very personable and supportive. Gave me excellent advice on Saving and CD information. Referral to someone who could help me purchase a Cd account. Very nice about who to I should speak with, and what to look for. But honest about their lack of knowledge, and that I should really speak to someone who is more knowledgeable about what I'm looking for. I was very pleased when I left the bank.
