Very professional, friendly, and efficient service. A staff member greeted me warmly when I entered. Even though the line & wait were very short, the teller apologized for the wait. She was very helpful and friendly. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

Worst Chase branch ever... instead of helping me with my appointment, it was canceled...
I had a very disappointing experience with Karla Hernandez at Chase Bank. I don’t understand how she holds the title of Vice President, because she was not able to help me with a simple problem or provide a clear answer. Instead of receiving customer service, I was basically dismissed and left without any support. I expect more professionalism and care from someone in her position, and unfortunately, that was not the case.
