Can't cash their own checks because it's over $500
Went in to open a checking account and was told I needed an appointment. The soonest time they could give me is almost 2 weeks away. Never heard of a bank refusing to open an account for you with cash in hand.
Tried calling the office and no answer. Automatic system said call the 1-800# I need to speak to someone from the branch ! Not good when people can't answer a business call sad .
We were trying to access the atm machine it's a Saturday night normally the parking lot is empty. But the att stadium has an event and all of these bold people decided to park at the chase parking lot since Noone is securing this bank. They blocked the drive-thru atm and I can't park to go inside to access the atm it's packed with people who decided to score a free parking spot.
