The newer model of the atm couldn't read $100 bills thank goodness the other atm at this location has an older model as well. And the newer model takes forever to take a cash deposit. Super awkward and tedious worried my money was gonna fly out before it got deposited
This location has the worst ATMs. It’s terrible for Chase customers in Arlington residents and visitors since this location is down the street from stadiums, bars, hotels, etc. One or both are always down and then their vestibule doesn’t open with debit card after hours. Terrible.
Maria was incredible! She greeted me as soon as I walked in with a great smile and great care. She went over and beyond to make sure I was helped. Thank you Maria!

Be sure to get the alphanumeric code for the new account bonus. They will intentionally leave that out and then act like you’re the one who’s wrong when you call asking what happened. Very dissatisfied. Will be cancelling
