Worst Chase branch ever... instead of helping me with my appointment, it was canceled...
I had a very disappointing experience with Karla Hernandez at Chase Bank. I don’t understand how she holds the title of Vice President, because she was not able to help me with a simple problem or provide a clear answer. Instead of receiving customer service, I was basically dismissed and left without any support. I expect more professionalism and care from someone in her position, and unfortunately, that was not the case.
Showed up at 4:00 today to open a checking account. Nobody would answer the phone when I called. The online service was not functioning properly. Personnel is very incompetent could not complete a simple task while I was there. Very disrespectful. I'll be leaving a better Business bureau claim that will discredit their account for year.
This place is a racist place as at all levels it’s always an issue anytime going there
