I don’t write reviews but i don’t think anyone plays about their money I’ve basically had to harass them to deposit my check they said it’d be cleared in two weeks casually like people don’t have things to pay??don’t even try calling they don’t answer the phone at all

Worst Chase branch location in the world. Longtime customer of JPMC and bank at different locations globally. This is hands down the filthiest and worst managed branch I’ve ever seen. None of the equipment is operational or maintained. The lobby key card access was inoperable on several different occasions. No sign of customer service anywhere. I have a 30 year mortgage with Chase for $250k and deposit every single paycheck there. Regardless of my partnership, they just began charging me for every check and refuse to cash my change unless rolled. I’m a high school teacher— my bank isn’t looking out for me or my family; it’s just here to make money off me.
