I visited this Chase branch today because I needed assistance requesting PINs for my Chase credit cards. I had previously contacted Chase Customer Service by phone and was informed that I could request the PINs through the automated phone system. Since I was having difficulty completing the process, I was advised to visit my local branch for assistance. However, the branch manager told me that PINs for Chase credit cards do not exist. Awesome professional service...
We came in 10 minutes early for our appointment, yet when we arrived were told that the appointment was the next day. Me and my son both CLEARLY heard at this specific time. Instead of finding a way to help us today they wanted to make an appointment for next week. They are repetedly useless to help us, yet when we go the the Chase Bank in Mundelein with the same problems we get help instantly and smoother than here.
We made an appointment but when we showed up they rescheduled our appointment without informing us, and blamed us for showing up at the wrong time despite two people clearly hearing when to show up. Instead of trying to accommodate us for showing up to the time TOLD TO US, they instead wanted to waste more time and make us come a whole week later. Completely unhelpful but that seems like a pattern here. Just go to other Chase Banks if you need stuff done.
