Came in an hour before they closed, every teller was occupied and there was a line but yet everyone who walked in got greeted. Alejandro was initially helping me and was really nice, he needed assistance for my name change so he asked Mr.Sosa for assistance. Mr. Sosa was very helpful and I was out within 30 mins. I've been here a few times and always have a good experience.

This bank Chase is absolutely terrible since I’ve been with him and every time I deposit a check, no matter what the amount is they always put it on hold up to 10 days. How can anyone pay their bills on time when Chase holds the check for 10 days if they do enough of that think of all the interest that they can make, and when you check your ATM card on the account, you will also see that they already got the money on the check.
