I was in line to deposit cash and transfer funds from a work card and one of the associates referred me to the self banking area and assured me that I could transfer funds from the card into my bank account using this system. After I deposited my cash I asked for her help because I didn’t know how. Then she told me that it actually was not possible and I would have to get back in line. The people there are nice but they are severely understaffed for the neighborhood. The fact that it would take over an hour for me to meet with a banker is really unfortunate. The fact that there is one teller is infuriating. Why have a drive-thru and not allow for that service? Chase needs to do something about this!
