Chase Bank WAS the best consumer bank in New York by far. Branches ATM's and helpful personnel. And the damn best banking internet site by far....and a good mobile program too. Not any more. With the Wall Street losses incurred by the high flyers, Chase has now decided to turn on the consumer.
