Been waiting on a partial release from Chase for 6 months. Called almost everyday and sent letters to everyone up to the CEO. Their people are either useless or don't care about their customers. Not sure which but either way it's not a company I recommend purely based on the 1,000 hours of my life I've wasted so far in being sent to different departments and still have no straight answer to date. Really a poorly run company.
Very poor customer service. CS reps indicate that issue has been escalated and make pretty good notes with the comments and contact details (atleast that is what one of the reps had read it out to me). Does the customer concerns and escalation go into a black hole? No one returns the call and when we call, we have to start all over again. They do not have answers to the questions as regards mortgage recasting. Very unprofessional. Calling them again today and tryin my luck.
