For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to cash several checks from an atty's client trust fund here. They (Timothy, Carlos and Maryanne) have all had a hand in thwarting the legal process of cashing the checks. The atty already called to clear them and now Saturday 4 pm I was informed that the checks were cashed and the money was stolen by the bank employees.
