GREAT BANK BUT... I HAVE BEEN USING THIS BANK FOR QUITE A WHILE! AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS UNTIL A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO WHEN I USED THE ATM AND MADE A DEPOSIT..WELL SOME HOW IT MISSED ENTERING A "0" AND MY DEPOSIT AMOUNT WAS WRONG I CALLED THE BANK ON IT AND THE LADY I TALKED TO SAID OH MY I DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS WE DONT DO THE DEPOSITS AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK HERE IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE THEN AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER! USUALLY HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST LIKE OTHER BANKS WATCH YOUR STATEMENTS! ... read more

Timely and Friendly Bank I always go to cash my checks at this bank for a number of reasons. Their service is fast and efficient; all their representatives really seem to prioritize well. They always remember me, even after only going there for one month! Plus, the woman who helped me said my name correctly and asked to make sure she said it right!
