My first time visiting Chase Bank in Darien, Illinois was great! I was greeted by a very nice and friendly staff when I entered the bank. A gentleman there named Calvin Lucas helped me create my first ever Chase Banking account. He was very knowledgeable and smart about Chase and banking. Calvin was very nice and kind to me, very patient, and was great at answering all my questions. He helped me out a lot that day. I'm very grateful for his help. I like him and the other employees I met there that day.
A bank branch that doesn’t let you withdraw what you want out of your own bank account! What a joke.
