I inquired about an issue I was having with my account at this location. I was not met with any respect from the teller. (name was Michelle). she was very condescending with her answers. she did not seem like she wanted to help. I will not be coming back
I am writing to share feedback regarding an unpleasant experience I had during a recent visit to one of your branches. While depositing money, I encountered a teller, Michelle, whose demeanor was unprofessional and discourteous. Upon approaching her, I greeted her, but she did not acknowledge or return the greeting. Horrible experience. Do not go here. They closed my account without telling me why. Would not recommend.
"I wanted to address a recent experience at the bank. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I found that appointments are not being honored. There was no greeting or explanation provided when there were delays, leaving me sitting there with no communication. I had rearranged my schedule to accommodate a request from Aida Barrett, who specifically asked for me to be present, only to find that my time was not respected. Going forward, I won't be scheduling appointments as they don't seem to be followed."
