I’ve been banking with chase bank for over 30 years. We have our business account with them. This branch in Tinley Park is worthless, We went to this back about to speak about our business account. The line to the teller was full, so we decided to Ask Aida right by the front door to help us, but she was too busy on her computer to help us, and told us to wait in line for a teller- but she kept looking at us as to say, ( I’m not helping) Customer service at this branch has gone down to the floor.
