I went in today for the notary service because I was in some urgent need but one of the caucasian young guy sat me down and said, we cannot do it but then tried to sell his stuff (credit monitoring and checking my account).. I mean I did not ask for it, if you cannot provide the service that I am asking for then say sorry and let me go find a way to get my things done.
Had a great experience with Lauryn! Was a nice clean location and was greeted immediately. She took care of everything in a short time frame and was nice and professional. Highly Recommend!
Kylee is the saving grace of this branch and the reason for both stars. I was actually thinking of closing my account because of the unprofessional attitude of the branch and lack of ATMs in Akron. I suggest having more than one counter clerk on a Friday afternoon. Chase is lucky to have an employee like Kaylee.
