Excellent personnel ( especially Patrick ) that have never let me down when I need to do IRL banking at a branch. They have all been very patient and go above and beyond to make sure that I am leaving there with complete confidence that my goal(s) were achieved . I highly recommend this branch and Chase in general .
Absolutely terrible customer service. I came in because I needed help refinancing my truck. My situation is not typical, so I specifically asked to speak with a manager in person. Instead of helping, the employee immediately tried to get rid of me by pushing a phone number. After I insisted, she told me to wait and said a manager would come speak with me. I’ve been with Chase since they bought out Bank One — over 20 years. Walked into the branch at 4:45 on a Friday (thinking they closed at 6) to convert my checking account to a joint account. Was told they close at 5. Fine. But instead of helping us, Kymberly Tyus kept repeating, “Can you come back another day?” even after I explained we both left work early and were going out of town. Very unprofessional, making assumptions about customers. Definitely won’t make cash deposits here anymore.
