So I scheduled with Rocky being a Veteran I decided with Chase do to the programs they had offered. He was helpful pleasure to work with. I've never had in issue with in person or online banking. After having an out-of-state bank for more than two decades, I opened an account here last year. My elderly mother in another state has an account as well with Chase. I was just in for printed checks for my US Passport application yesterday (good experience and customer service) but had a completely different issue last night requiring me to contact my (this) local branch. Have an auto loan with Chase won’t take cash payment from my son. I had surgery and was not able to get there to pay. Which is legal tender for public and private debt. The bank Manager called the police and stated she would not deal with my son and threatened to make it that I could not even come in and pay the payment. The manager was rude. Don’t recommend doing business with chase bank at all!!!! I am a 78 year old woman!! Shame on Chase Bank! Piss poor!!!
