The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because of the ATM. I will give the ATM a 0 and the people I talked to on the phone from Chases tech support a 0 if possible. But I would like to give a 5 start to the Vice President of the bank who tried to help as much as he could. The ATM took money out of my account and never dispersed the money but charged my account.
