Horible service !!!! I took my buisnes elsewhere.......
The service is abysmal. If you have an appointment with montrell Smith. Run. He does not have a clue and the supervisor does not care. In fact, get out of chase. Do yourself a favor and go to a different bank altogether. I'm closing all my accounts on Monday and hopefully that will go smooth. I doubt it. A simple thing like changing my name took 3 tries, in person. Showing up with 2 forms of id, to merge accounts but didn't have the particular debit card they needed; meant sending you away. Supervisor didn't even try to help... read more
