Customer Service does not exist at this bank. I went in to pay my credit card bill only to be turned away because I did not have my photo ID with me. I was trying to give them money! I went home and googled how to pay my Chase credit card. The internet said I could pay at the kiosk inside the bank with only my credit card. This was never offered at the counter and would have saved me a lot of time and energy! Do better Chase!

Horrible opened up a business account .. had 2-4 k tap debit card pay from customers.. been 4 days still don’t got my money .. had $3.5k cashiers check took the check said they can’t give us no money.. so I got 6k In paid legit business funds and it’s just insane..ordered a new debit card.. they canceled the one I have on a holiday another huge issue.. used tap pay for a customer debit card and bam been 3 days still don’t got the money .. don’t bank here whatever you do! I scheduled an appointment to have my power of attorney notarized. When I arrived, the notary told me she could not notarize it because she had never notarized a power of attorney before and did not know how to do it. This felt very unprofessional and was a waste of my time. I ended up going to UPS, where they notarized it for only $5 without any issues.
