I can't leave this bank soon enough. Editing: echoing the sentiments of others. I understand the world doesn't revolve around me, but the service is terrible. Any time things are going smoothly, Chase is fine. But when I need them or things are not straight-forward they never have my side. Not surprising this branch has 0 replies to the abundance of 1 star reviews.

Terrible service. Let me clarify I've been a client for 31 years. I went to get a letter notarized. In one of the branches did not have a notary. After waiting for a while in line (second branch) they informed all notaries were at lunch, and I needed to came back later. I went back waited an hour and they started calling people that arrived later than me. I asked why they did not tell me I needed an appointment.
