Love this office! I've been using this location for years. 'em girls there are super friendly and nice.I was dumb and put my money into night depository once which was not supposed to do that, I called the branch the next day, they were super helpful and nice(I think one of the girls' name is Biyanda?,sorry if I did not get it correctly:), they helped me deposit the money into my bank account without any hassle. Thank you!you guys are awesome!
What good is a bank that cannot exchange my denominations from small bills to large bills without providing a debit card. Idiotic policies.

Dont use this bank!
The branch is not helpful . Customer service asks clients to come in to work with the kids accounts and the service onsite was not helpful. Customer service did not instruct anyone to bring additional identification for children to reset passwords. Don’t ever come close to closing time because no one will help you. Closing is more important than your clients.
