We are long-time customers of Chase. This branch does not answer phone. We wanted to ask if there was notary there. Went there in person. Cindy, bank teller, was very rude. She said everyone is too busy there to help us. We would have to wait one hour. There were literally 3 customers in bank. Find another branch.

I had a very disappointing experience with the cashier at this Chase branch. I specifically requested clean bills, but my request was refused without any explanation or effort to help. What concerned me even more was the way my cash was handled. Instead of counting it in front of me using the counting machine, the cashier took it elsewhere and counted it out of my sight. I brought a check from one of my customers to this branch and after 15 minutes and two employees they said I had to take this check to my bank ,that they wouldn't honor the check that was drawn on there bank didn't give any reason or explanation as to why and were just very unprofessional and unfriendly, they said the check was fine but they wouldn't cash it causing an issue for my customer whos banked there for 10+ years not the first time chase has made things difficult for there customers
