They are knowledgeable and very friendly.
I brought a check from one of my customers to this branch and after 15 minutes and two employees they said I had to take this check to my bank ,that they wouldn't honor the check that was drawn on there bank didn't give any reason or explanation as to why and were just very unprofessional and unfriendly, they said the check was fine but they wouldn't cash it causing an issue for my customer whos banked there for 10+ years not the first time chase has made things difficult for there customers

Went to our local Chase bank. Needed to close an account and move that money to a second Chase account. When we checked a couple hours later, both the closed checking and savings accounts showed as overdrawn by a few cents each. We had to spend a half hour on the phone with 2 different CS representatives to fix the mistakes. At least that's what we thought. A couple weeks later we received refunds for those small amounts CS helped us pay. So apparently the initial accounting of the teller was correct, but the banks online to... read more
