Went to our local Chase bank. Needed to close an account and move that money to a second Chase account. When we checked a couple hours later, both the closed checking and savings accounts showed as overdrawn by a few cents each. We had to spend a half hour on the phone with 2 different CS representatives to fix the mistakes. At least that's what we thought.
