Horrible & slow customer service
First time here and terrible customer service, definitely will not be returning.

Chase for years was my 5 stars bank but i move out dallas so it was convenient for me to switch bank i did, 2 years later to be exactly thurday February 28 2019 around 3:30pm i want to come back with them and open a checking account i was told that if i am not enrolling a direct deposit with them is beter to stay with my actual bank, i was not able to open a checking account like i want it to Something that i didnt like was that mr j collaso he even ask me if i was american citizen and ask for my ss# for no reason I guess is... read more
Waiting here one hour to see a banker. Don’t know what they are doing. Only one baker working in the branch, very slow.
