The drive through line here is actually managed well so you aren't waiting forever which feels like a small miracle. I got helped by a lovely teller who took the time to fix a mistake on my account from two months ago without me even asking. They just did it and that honestly made my day. I walked out actually happy for once
Absolutely terrible service. These bankers will make you wait and wait while they prioritize returning missed calls over customers that been waiting for half an hour. Ended up having to go to the chase down the street
