Completely different experience if you’re Asian or not… (racist staffs?!) I (Asian) went there to resolve issues with my Bankcards and other stuff, no issue. But my husband (non Asian) has terrible experience with them. He went there three times, and all three times they made him wait for more than an hour. The drive through line here is actually managed well so you aren't waiting forever which feels like a small miracle. I got helped by a lovely teller who took the time to fix a mistake on my account from two months ago without me even asking. They just did it and that honestly made my day. I walked out actually happy for once
