Excellent service with personal banking. The bankers are friendly and patient, especially Alan T. He is our go-to banker whenever we need account services. He is usually busy so scheduling an appointment with him ahead is recommended.

I visited this location for notary service, but I was informed that Chase Bank had changed its policy and would only notarize their own documents due to liability issues. While I had received notary services at a Chase Bank location just months ago, I doubted about this policy change. So I visited another Chase Bank location where the staff reviewed my document and scheduled a next-day appointment for notary service. So what policy is this location following?
As others say, this location needs more service and gets busy too quickly. Luckily, I usually only come here for atm transactions. One or two tellers/bankers are highly knowledgeable and efficient, but I cannot remember who they are now.
