The chase ATM on Ballinger couldn't dispense money yesterday, it's apparently as broke as the rest of us. So I had to use a non-chase ATM. I just called customer service and got passed back and forth between departments. Then they said they would not refund the 2.95 I was charged by the company who owns the ATM and the chase charge hadn't come through yet, so they wouldn't reverse that either. I spoke with Officer, Rania Eladem today at the Edmonds Chase Bank on 5th Ave. for help with my Chase Amazon Visa Card. She deserves huge accolades for her time, patience and professionalism! Even using her direct banking ID numbers, she was transferred in their system 4 times. She reminded calm, courteous and clear in her communications. I appreciate all her help in resolving my issue.
