The customer service doesn't know how deposit the check also he said i will ask but he didn't ask anyone
Horrible customer service. I’ve tried multiple times to open an account and I walk in but they never have any availability. I’ve tried being there on Saturday’s when they open, but no matter what time I walk in they are too busy to attend me. They want to schedule an appointment during the week and the latest they can schedule a time is 3:30, but I work until 4 pm. They supposedly close at 5 pm but they don’t have anything for later than 3:30. My only available days are Saturday’s but the same issue happens when I try to wal... read more
Muy mal servicio solo dos computadoras para tanta gente que asiste a este banco. Si vas a asistir a esta sucursal tómate tu tiempo porque mínimo te vas a tardar una hora a que te atiendan en una ventanilla.
