Ray macias was unprofessional and unfriendly. Would not recommend for business clients.
Took my mom here this morning in the Drive thru, we were the very first to be assisted. The teller was absolutely kind, helpful and extremely patient, very professional. Thank you! We are the ones who got 3 rolls of quarters
I just witnessed the bank teller miss counting the change on my deposit. Then proceed to tell me that all my deposits were wrong. I asked to just return it back to me. Along the process, she lost my change. I also had a change request for $200 and proceeded to give me change back in the wrong amounts. From now on, I am willing to drive the extra 15 minutes across town to go to the one on Santa Fe street.
