I just witnessed the bank teller miss counting the change on my deposit. Then proceed to tell me that all my deposits were wrong. I asked to just return it back to me. Along the process, she lost my change. I also had a change request for $200 and proceeded to give me change back in the wrong amounts. From now on, I am willing to drive the extra 15 minutes across town to go to the one on Santa Fe street.
Its absolutely a bunch of BS that most banks charge individuals to cash THEIR/CHASE bank checks. Of all banks that charge to cash their own checks Chase Bank charges $10... For some $10 isnt much more than a skeeter on their ... arm... But for someone like myself who just started my own business I need that $10 everytime. Just sayin

This review is for Chase bank overall. They send letters all the time that you get a $200 bonus for opening a checking account and getting a direct deposit to your account. Well, I did that and never got my credit. The person helping me let me know they could see that I didn’t get the credit but because I opened the account up online and didn’t have a coupon they had no way of applying it.
