Always a great experience with an amazing stuff!
Scheduled a 10 am notary appointment had to wait 30 min because the notary was seeing someone. The person on the phone didn’t write my appointment in. Been a chase customer for years this is unacceptable
They NEVER NEVER pick up the phone. Sometimes the bank and ATM is not available during normal business hours. Even when I dial the central number, they cannot connect me with the local teller for a simple question. Their online appointment scheduler is inconvenient and too much work for simple questions. HFCU always picks up the phone and I speak to local branch, real persons.
