I had a terrible experience. I tried to open a business account with them and it was my first time. They opened the account and then I got a letter in the mail a couple days later saying the account was going to be closed. I had to call Chase customer service and the branch and they said the account was going to be closed due to missing documentation at the time of opening... I got lucky. I went to another branch before in the plaza near Santa Ana Canyon and they were too busy. Emily Chour was very nice and very helpful when it came to opening a new account with Chase. I'm glad I have a chase very close to my home.
