Love chase overall, this location has the atm option inside the door which was great because I brought my dog and it was too hot to leave him inside the car.
The wait is usually long even if the line is small. They are not very competent at their job. I had an issue depositing a check from my employer. The manager could not tell me what the problem was. She just wanted to get rid of me quickly without any explanation. She told me to take the check back to the issuer (my employer). My employer said there is no problem with the check. I have deposited many checks from my employer over the past several years. Do not visit this bank if you have a choice. Horrible .
One banker and second training on same line. Took 15 minutes before they opened second line. In the meantime bankers are just walking by without a single word. Bad customer service.
