Waiting time is horrible. Always say they are short staffed. Avoid going here
I’m not sure why this branch has so many bad reviews, because my experience the other day was excellent. Lizet was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked. She took the time to explain things clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. I also want to mention the security guard—he greeted me kindly the moment I walked in, which set a positive tone for the visit. Overall, great customer service and a very professional atmosphere.
I love banking with Chase and their services have had pleasant experiences with the tellers at this location. My issue with this branch is the access to the ATMs and that they are letting an un permitted vendor run a flower business out of their small parking lot. This not only takes up the already limited parking in the area but also contributes to the decline of our economics and society. I hope that they right this wrong and soon.
