Only bank I've ever seen that locks the doors to the atms after hours , which forces me to queue up with cars in the drive thru lane if I want to access my cash. This is dangerous and discriminatory to customers without a vehicle. Do better. You guys clearly dont card about your clients
Worst Chase Bank!!! Take your money elsewhere.
If you value your time, avoid this place at all costs! They close their lobby atms after 5 and only have 1 open in the drive through. Spent at least 15 mins waiting with a huge line of 13 cars taking up the whole parking lot waiting to use the atm, ridiculous.
Terrible customer service! Made me wait 20 minutes only to tell me they were too busy to notarize a document for me.
