Chase has probably gathered some of the slowest and most incompetent employees in one place. Simple banking tasks take forever, communication is poor, and getting accurate help feels unnecessarily difficult. Extremely frustrating customer experience.
Only bank I've ever seen that locks the doors to the atms after hours , which forces me to queue up with cars in the drive thru lane if I want to access my cash. This is dangerous and discriminatory to customers without a vehicle. Do better. You guys clearly dont card about your clients
Worst Chase Bank!!! Take your money elsewhere.
