I understand that the bank is closed but wants the point of having a proximity card or prox card at the front of the door that doesn't work
The point of the atm’s inside the chase is to make banking easy. This is not easy when yall keep them closed on Sundays. Like then put is for them to be accessible to customers any day of the week to make things easy for them. Not everyone has a car or time to deposit or take out money any other day for the week besides Sunday. People also need to do banking things on Sundays so keep them open to the customers.
Waiting time is horrible. Always say they are short staffed. Avoid going here
I’m not sure why this branch has so many bad reviews, because my experience the other day was excellent. Lizet was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked. She took the time to explain things clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. I also want to mention the security guard—he greeted me kindly the moment I walked in, which set a positive tone for the visit. Overall, great customer service and a very professional atmosphere.
