This is a terrible bank! A week ago, I couldn't withdraw cash from an ATM. Today, I couldn't top up my account; they blocked my debit card.
Chase has probably gathered some of the slowest and most incompetent employees in one place. Simple banking tasks take forever, communication is poor, and getting accurate help feels unnecessarily difficult. Extremely frustrating customer experience.
