Don’t waste your time here, been waiting for 2 hours just to open an account and didn’t even end up opening it, probably the worst experience and customer service I have ever seen this wouldn’t happen in my other banks, rude and unprofessional

Grate experience with Rep. Nate with the bank . No waiting for me. With in few minutes he processed my transactions. I saw lots of bad reviews about this place. My experience was fantastic.
I went to cash my check and was told I can't cash my check it has to be deposited into my account. So when I agreed to that all my funds wouldn't be available until the next day .wtf? If it needs verification verify it bc a check cashing place verifies it right on the spot. I have a chase account at that!!! Highly pissed ... Ion even wanna back with y'all any more bc this doesn't make any sense
