Grate experience with Rep. Nate with the bank . No waiting for me. With in few minutes he processed my transactions. I saw lots of bad reviews about this place. My experience was fantastic.
I went to cash my check and was told I can't cash my check it has to be deposited into my account. So when I agreed to that all my funds wouldn't be available until the next day .wtf? If it needs verification verify it bc a check cashing place verifies it right on the spot. I have a chase account at that!!! Highly pissed ... Ion even wanna back with y'all any more bc this doesn't make any sense
This branch is very professional and the security guard is always polite and observant to all entering this location. They do have rude clients who can be very demanding yet the staff still give out respect to all.
