Dogs DO NOT belong in a bank. Leave your dog at home. Service animals i understand, and have no problem with service animals. But people think they are special and think it is ok to bring there dog in to a bank. This is not acceptable. People are intentionally taking advantage of the service animal law to bring their nonservice animals wherever they want. So it puts those with actual service animals in a bad situation. Leave your nonservice animal at home. Thank you!!!!
Walked in this am to open two accounts. They had 4 tellars and 2 desk personnel. Nobody else in the bank. I requested to open an account, they immediately demanded a driver license then told me they were too busy could set an appointment. Found them to be rude and not wanting to work. I left so they could continue with thier gossip and coffee.
Yes came here to open a checking and saving account they refused to help me. They said i need to make an appointment while everyone is at there desk on there cell phones. This chase bank in Port Charlotte Florida is ridiculous never again will I come back to this bank the employee are so lazy and u willing to help
