I just started with Chase like 3 weeks ago. So far they are fantastic. Great customer service, i was able to fix my problem without even talking to anyone.
Apparently each branch has its own policies. I went to redeem savings bond and was told My wife needed to be there since she's the one signing them. However the day prior I went to a different branch who had no problem redeeming them.
Very bad costumer services Not willing to help do not go here or use this bank go to Bank of America
