Terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible SMH.
Rose and Eli helped me. They were very kind and tried to take care of my needs. I was in and out within a reasonable time frame. Will return for further needs.
So rude and unprofessional
If there was an option to give a 0 star I would. This branch does not have the knowledge to explain things correctly and the reps do not know the reason for certain procedures, they are rude and look down their noses at you if you look "too" humble. Even the manager was not able to explain or answer my questions. I suggest going to the branch located at Bob Hope and Gerald Ford, great customer service there
