I have lived at nearby Sun City Palm Desert for six months. I'm a long-time Chase customer with multiple bank and investment accounts. Twice I've had banking questions but was told "only the manager" can answer but the manager was never in and didn't call me when I left my business card. So I went online after being told by phone support that I could book a meeting with branch management via their online system - which gives an apologetic "we're broken" message when attempted.
