Charged me over $100 in monthly account "maintenance fees" after having never charged fees on my account for over a decade. Then wouldn't reverse them. Closing my account took forever. Never using chase again.
Worst bank ever! "Addy" can kick rocks. I've already contacted corporate and I'm filing a complaint against you personally! I've been a customer since you were Washington mutual and the way you treated me today, I will NEVER do business with Chase again.
