ATMs broken
I set up an appointment at the 121st location so that I could set up a new business account and a personal account, and I was completely ignored for 25 minutes. Five bankers were sitting at their desks in front of their computers and said nothing as I walked slowly past their cubicles. I decided that if no one said a word, I was going to leave the building. I can't speak to all Chase branches, but I had a lovely experience at this one. Bryson was really friendly on the phone, and Megan was a peach at the counter. Everyone there made me feel like a priority, which is rare these days.
Savannah and Hayley are really nice they helped me after an old witch named Tab Was being rude and unhelpful with me she didn’t even smile when she was talking to me the whole time she was giving me an attitude honestly I think someone needs to do the trying all over again with her overall, I have been using this branch for over two years every time I’ve been here everyone been really nice and helpful. I was shocked when I got mistreated by this old 🧙♀️
