I set up an appointment at the 121st location so that I could set up a new business account and a personal account, and I was completely ignored for 25 minutes. Five bankers were sitting at their desks in front of their computers and said nothing as I walked slowly past their cubicles. I decided that if no one said a word, I was going to leave the building.
