I had such a minor problem that I needed fixed, but every customer service line I called were not able to fix it. I went into the Chase Bank fully expecting that to be the case & still have an unresolved issues. However Ryan at this Branch was SO amazing!!! Quick, helpful, kind, and efficient. He made my life so much easier! Thank you Ryan!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVEVICE!! Do not go here, first off they closed my account with no warning or explanation keeping a lot of my money to mail to me as a check, took two weeks to receive money they gave me the wrong tracking number and the wrong carrier, then the lady (Suzanne) got smart with me on the phone and just told me to call some number to figure it out. What terrible customer service and treatment of customers.

I just went to chase to get gold dollar coins for the tooth fairy. I went through the drive-thru and when the coins came back, she included a treat for my dog who was sitting next to me. Such kindness. It brought a smile to my face.
