While my experience with chase bank has been generally bad, the employees at this location have always been helpful, and done what they could to help remediate things.
Broken atm
It’s pretty obvious why this bank has such a low rating. I went in there yesterday to cash a check made out to my business that I am the sole owner of with every form of id and proof imaginable. I had my business documents to my ID and the check was less than their supposed $2500 limit for check cashing if you don’t have any account there. After making me wait for 20 minutes and letting the line stack up behind me they came back and told me they couldn’t cash the check which was absolute 150% crap. I hate this branch.
