Not discounting others experiences here, but I found everyone to be exceptionally friendly. In and out in about 5 min, super easy.

ATM is always broken. absolutely horrible bank, completely corporate and massive and stupid to work with. Don’t waste your time they’re gonna ruin your credit for no reason. Ricardo is a horrible banker. He didn’t help me at all. Tred to secure a loan. just passed it off to some third-party person in another country It was honestly just a horrific case of horrible banking. Went to a different bank. Got a loan. This bank is just absolute BS.
