Extremely unprofessional service from Luis Garcia. When I called ahead, his tone was dismissive, saying, "Well, I guess I can try to help you when you get here." It didn't inspire confidence that he was interested in helping. I arrived around 4:00 p.m. to complete an account setup that had already been started at another Chase branch. Luis seemed frustrated from the start, repeatedly saying the situation had been "dropped in his lap." Not discounting others experiences here, but I found everyone to be exceptionally friendly. In and out in about 5 min, super easy.
Ricardo is the best. Nicest tellers around they treat my dad who is 85 like family
ATM is always broken. absolutely horrible bank, completely corporate and massive and stupid to work with. Don’t waste your time they’re gonna ruin your credit for no reason. Ricardo is a horrible banker. He didn’t help me at all. Tred to secure a loan. just passed it off to some third-party person in another country It was honestly just a horrific case of horrible banking. Went to a different bank. Got a loan. This bank is just absolute BS.
