They made me wait almost a whole hour to say they could not see me. Poor customer service

Love the staff over all
We went to open a joint account and we’re told by the booth banker that we needed to get in line to make an appointment after we stood for about 3-5 minutes waiting on the two of them to pause their conversation to get information. The lady told us that she was waiting on her appointment and that the other staff was done for the day…..3pm. Only to then stand in line and be told that we could do it online unless we wanted to wait until March 28 for an appointment.
