Always friendly and very helpful
I had a frustrating experience with Chase regarding an overdraft issue. I called ahead and was informed that I needed to sign a paper in person to resolve it. The teller was dismissive and unhelpful when I arrived on my lunch break. Despite explaining that I had already started the process over the phone, she insisted I start from scratch and was incredibly rude about it. I want to thank Mr. Kundra. He amazed me!! I have been trying to open up an account for 3 days now. And have been having nothing but trouble and obstacles stopping me from doing so.
