The team at this bank is second to none!
I went to this branch to open an account as a Canadian citizen. The agent who assisted me was a replacement for the person I was originally scheduled to see. As a Canadian, I do not have a U.S. address, and legally, I do not need one to open certain types of accounts. Despite this, I was told I would need to open a U.S. utility account just to proceed, which made no sense and raised serious questions for me. I've been going to this branch for years. Never had a problem. Had notary service also. Tellers are always friendly.
Good staff
Extra slow service at drive thru plus a very incompetent teller and an even careless manager on this Saturday. They only have great employees when you open an account and after that, service is lacking across the board!
