Wow, I am amazed by how rude they are to customer, when I am really polite and patient to ask them for public notary for a passport. I even acknowledged them beforehand that I am going to have my passport notarized when set up the appointment. And when I got there, they told me they could not do passport notarization - which is absolutely RIDICULOUS (I do passport notary at other bank and it is normal). The manager, name Mallorie Cutrer, is so rude, unprofessional, show rude attitude at me.
An employee at this branch used the phone number from this branch to try and scam me! Do not use this branch or trust any employees here. They will steal your information and try to steal your money. His name was HENRY GONZALEZ. They are no longer accepting my phone calls so I can inform them an employee is stealing customers information.
