Wow how pathetic the staff and chase bank as a whole are even basic customer service now comes with a 10$ charge. Elderly, on fixed income and received two checks that were cashier checks for less than 300$ between the two. Both from the same account holder which is a legal and local business and these people charged me 20$ to cash them. How sad that it’s more about squeezing the absolute most you can from people that don’t have it. The banks were friendly and my transaction was smooth,no long line. I won't mention their names but very nice.
