0 ⭐️ The Branch Mgr has no clue —handed a Chase card with my account # on it and he’s trying to help a new teller to find my account only to tell me he cannot find it with that social security number—Wow, Really? It’s your bank’s account number, as a bank mgr you would think you would know. The team is unhelpful, uncaring, unfriendly. Chase—Do Better. Definitely a terrible location—Do Not Recommend. Very disappointing, after waiting for the Loomis vehicle to service ATM for five minutes I went to the front and tried to withdraw “my” money, but the front of the bank and access to the other ATM was not working. What gives?
