I've been banking here for years. All the years I had no complaints until recently. Now walking in felt like more MVD than a bank, no welcoming. Today trying to cash my check which is chase bank check. Teller not even bother to say hi and speaking Spanish with service manager in front of me. All of that don't matter much now since they are bad, but don't tell me you cannot cash your own check and tell me to deposit it. Stay away they play games and will gas light you into thinking you are wrong. They also blatantly speak Spanish in front of non Spanish speaking people to back track their drama. Filled a complaint with corporate

Terrible bank I went to cash a check from chase and they wanted to charge a $10 fee and the check was from that bank
I don't understand why they have a phone number to call if no one is going to be picking it up.
