Fast, friendly service. Great bank!
Chase is holding an $18k check for 9 days despite me requesting early release multiple times. US Bank assured customer that Chase has the money so their is no reason for Chase to be holding my money so I can't ship the customer his product. I won't be cashing anymore checks at Chase.
This location is amazing! Grace , Jenna ,Ami ,Mariam, and Bobbie all are amazing people to work with and are extremely efficient.
