This site does not have tellers. The location only has bankers and ATMs. The banker would not assist me with a transfer(even though the bank was completely empty and it was an hour before close)and directed me to another location a mile away. She also gave me incorrect information about making transfers online. Very poor Chase location, they are usually much better than this.

My mother in-law was at this particular locations on Jun 01, 2019. She is a 77 years old lady, never deposit check or cash into her account before alone so she was very new to it. There was a Young tall thin Gentleman(Mexican) who was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He had POOR communication, NO greetings, NOT polite. Terrible customer service. They get offended if you want to go to the window and do not sit down and hope that they do not mess up your transactions. Especially Tigen (just go to a different location if he is only one there helping you) will either improperly do something in the computer and this store is always understaffed and everything takes longer here. Just save yourself the time. They cause errors and say that they cannot do anything to rectify their mistake. This is the worst Chase I have experienced. I would steer c... read more
