Dealing with Chase Bank at Tatum and Cactus is always a pleasure. Never have to wait, and always met with a friendly greeting from the staff when I go there. My banker, Michael Aldrich, has been exceedingly helpful dealing with my Trust as well as my personal and business accounts. He can make confusing and complicated actions seem effortless, and easy for me to understand.

Was in the bank today 2/20/25 And had the pleasure of Deanna being my bank teller Gave me some insight on my banking cards. I didn’t know about the customer. Service was great. This bank is a complete joke! I've been with chase for along time but recently got a new job that doesnt offer direct deposit and they have been placing a hold on my check when I upload the check to my account so today I try and go into this chase bank to cash my check and the worker talks down to me. Has no compassion and then lies. Telling me there is no hold on my check and my money is available but that isn't the truth.
